Returns
Did something go wrong with your order? No problem! Returns are easy.
Starting from the day your order is delivered, you have 14 days to complete the online return request that you can find at the bottom of this page.
Start by entering the email you used for the purchase and the order number, and then follow the next steps.
Once you've correctly completed the steps, you will receive a summary email containing the list of items that you wish to return and the type of delivery method you've chosen.
Make sure to select all the items you wish to return: you will be able to return your order only via a single shipment.
Deliver the package within 14 days of requesting a return.
Be careful not to remove tags, any accessories or labels: we do not accept returns of products that do not have them.
Customized items may not be returned or exchanged, except in the case of rights related to product warranty.
You can request your return 24 hours after receiving the package.
The procedure is very simple: follow these simple steps.

Enter the e-mail address with which you placed the order and the order number in the form below.

At the end of the online procedure, download and print the return label that will be applied to the package and place the return items into a box, possibly the original box they came in. Apply the return label to the outside of the package, and if you are using the original box, be careful to completely cover the previous label.
Make sure to place all the items you wish to return in the package: you will be able to return your order only via a single shipment.
Choose how to return

If you choose to deliver your package to a collection center, please go to the one nearest you locator.dhl.com and make sure to get proof of delivery.
If you choose home collection, contact the courier by telephone to agree upon and book the collection date and time.
Send the package within 14 days of requesting a return and make sure to get proof of delivery.
Please note: if a courier other than the one indicated above is chosen, the return costs will be borne by the customer and, in the event of loss or damage to the package, Benetton is not required to issue a refund.

As soon as your return package arrives at our warehouses, we will check the status of the returned items. You will receive an email informing you of the outcome of the check. After receiving the products, if they comply with the return conditions, it will take approximately 14 working days for the refund.
